Lauren Mizock, PhD

I am a clinical psychologist committed to helping young professionals in tech and other careers find greater satisfaction in work and relationships. My work also focuses on making therapeutic life changes informed by research in order to find mental balance. I believe in taking a strengths-based, empowerment-oriented, and culturally-sensitive approach to help my clients achieve their highest vision. I’m also passionate about my role as core faculty in a PhD program and conducting research on issues of culture and stigma. I have written several books on women’s mental health, acceptance of mental illness, and cultural competence in research, along with over 100 research publications.
